The 8011-H24/O color-printed chocolate wrapping foil (0.008–0.015 mm thickness, 200–1300 mm customizable width, food-grade embossed + multi-color gravure printing + heat-resistant lacquer) is the world’s most luxurious and functional chocolate packaging foil.
Alloy 8011: ultra-soft dead-fold, zero spring-back, pinhole ≤ 50 pcs/m².
High-gloss embossed pattern + 8-color printing + protective lacquer: 24-month colour brilliance, zero rub-off, zero odor transfer.
FDA 21 CFR 176.170, EU 10/2011 compliant, 100 % cocoa-butter resistant.
Result: foil that wraps like silk, stays mirror-bright for 24 months on shelf, and runs at 600 m/min on high-speed wrapping machines (dead-fold angle 0°).
